1) Efficient response times, either via email or phone
2) Fantastic customer service, always prepared to work with you at your convenience
3) No issue too big, they work with you to resolve every issue big or small
4) Communication, they always keep you informed on every issue, resolution and timescale
5) Politeness, always listen and suggest the best solution in an easy to understand 'non techie' way and never make you feel inadequate if you don't understand
6) Never overcharge, always very competitive in their invoicing
All in all a pleasure to work with, would recommend to everyone. Ian likes a coffee but never asks!!!
